• Allows updating balances of all accounts with the journal entries.
• Provides means to write checks to customers or vendors (with updating their balance), or to other entities.
• Provides option to mark the necessary transactions for the selected Bank account as reconciled.
• Can record customer payments for any A/R debits, such as Repair Orders, Parts Invoices, Journal Entries and reconcile these debits with credits, e.g. Journal Entries or Credit Memos.
• Can track payments from the company to its vendors for parts receipts, and allows reconciling vendor credits (Receipts, Journal Entries) with vendor debits (Debit Memos, Journal Entries).
