Manage lines in Fuel service department software
On the appointment, the lines display the customer complaints on the work of the vehicle. Later on, on the repair order, they are organized according to the types of operations to be performed by the technicians. Use either of the following ways to manage the lines on the appointment or repair order form in the FUEL Service Department software:

  • Click the Add / Edit Lines button to add or edit the line information.
  • Click the Lines Summary button to add, edit, or delete the line on the Lines Summary Information window.


The Lines Summary Information window contains the following information:

    Line - The sequence number of the line on the appointment or repair order of the FUEL Service Department software.
    Labor type - The labor type, which indicates, who is paying for the work performed, calculates the labor pricing, parts pricing, shop charges, and taxes for labor and parts, contains General Ledger (GL) account numbers for the accounting entry.
    OP Code - The code of the operation in the FUEL Service software, which reflects the customer complaint.
    Description - The customer complaint description.
