The Quick Customer and Vehicle function allows creating a new customer and vehicle for the appointment right from the Search Customer and Vehicle window of the FUEL Service Department software. The customer and vehicle created in this way are dummy, and later you should create real customer and vehicle records in the FUEL Service Department software in order to add them to the repair orders.

Enter the following information in the fields of the window:

Customer name - The first and last names of the customer.
Vehicle make - The code of the vehicle manufacturer. Click the button to search for the necessary manufacturer using the search function of the FUEL Service Department software.
Vehicle model - The code of the vehicle model. Click the button to search for the necessary model using the search function of the FUEL Service software.
Vehicle model year - The year the vehicle was manufactured.

Save the changes made. You will be brought to the New Appointment window.
