Add Existing Vehicle to the Customer Record in Fuel service department software
Use the following steps to add a vehicle to the customer record in FUEL Service Department software:

  1. Select Customer / Customers List on the main menu.
  2. Right click on the necessary customer on the Customer List and select Edit from the context menu. The Customer window appears.
  3. Select the Vehicles tab.
  4. Click the Add Existing button. The Vehicles List window appears, where the vehicle already existing in the service software can be searched for and selected. Use either Basic or Predefined search functions to search for the necessary vehicle record in the service department software.   5. Click the OK button once the vehicle record is found. Click the Cancel button to exit the window.
  6. If the current vehicle was already added to another customer record, the Change customer? messages appears. Agree to the message to add the vehicle to the current customer record in the service and repair software. Click the No button to cancel the message.
  7. Click the Save and Close button to save and to close the customer record. Click the Save and New button to add one more customer record. Click the Cancel button to exit the New Customer window without saving.
