Using the Dispatch Monitor of the FUEL Service Department software the dispatcher can view what technicians are assigned and to what repair orders and lines they are assigned. The Technicians Assignment window shows only the lines the work on which is not finished, i.e. these lines have the Finished status. Use the following steps to view the assignment of technicians in the FUEL Service software:

1. Select Technician / Technicians assignment on the main menu of the Dispatch window. The Technicians Assignment window appears. The following information is displayed in the columns of this window:
   
   Technician - The control number and name of the assigned technician in the FUEL Service Department software.
   RO # - The number of the repair order in the FUEL Service Department software to which the technician is assigned.
   Lines - The line(s) of the repair order to which the technician is assigned.
   
   
2. Click the Close button to close the Technicians Assignment window and return to the main Dispatch window.
