Use the following steps to open the Dispatch Monitor window of the FUEL Service Department software:
- Select Modules / Dispatch Monitor on the main menu or select Dispatch Monitor in the Navigation Pane of the FUEL Service and Repair software.
The main Dispatch Monitor window contains the following information:

Tag - The tag number of the repair order which is usually three last digits of the VIN.
RO Number - The number of the repair order auto-generated by the FUEL Service Department software.
Priority - The priority of the repair order in the FUEL Service Department software.
SA - The number of the service advisor, who created the repair order in the FUEL Service Department software.
Promised Date - The date the repair is expected to be completed.
Status - The current status of the repair order in the FUEL Service Department software. For more information about statuses refer to the Repair order statuses in FUEL Service Department software page.
Waiter - If this check box is selected, then the customer is waiting for the repair to be completed.
Make - The code of the vehicle manufacturer.
Model - The code of the vehicle model.
Year - The year the vehicle was manufactured.
Customer Name - The name of the owner of the vehicle.
VIN - The 17-digit vehicle or equipment identification number assigned by the manufacturer. Each VIN number is unique and contains a code that gives considerable information about the vehicle or equipment, including country of origin, manufacturer, and model year.
- Double click on the necessary repair order or right click on it and select the Dispatch option from the context menu. The Dispatch module window appears. The following information is displayed on the Dispatch module window:

Line - The sequence letter of the repair order line.
Skill - The dispatch code used by the dispatching system for calculating hours to sell. Dispatch codes are also used for defining the necessary technician for the operation.
Description - The description of the operation performed on the current line.
Technician - The control number of the technician assigned to the current line. If the line has more than one technician assigned the value of the field is <Multi>. Select Technician / Technicians info on the menu to view detailed information about technicians. Refer to the View technician information for the line in FUEL Service Department software page for details.
Estimated duration - The estimated amount of time for performing the current labor operation.
Actual - The actual amount of time in hours the technician(s) worked on the current labor operation. The value of the field gets updated when the technician is put to work on the line.
Left - The amount of time left for performing the current labor operation. The value of this field is calculated as the estimated duration value minus the actual one.
Status - The status of the repair on the current line.
CBK - Shows whether the current operation is a comeback (Y) or not (N).
Hold time - The amount of time left for the line to be put off hold. As the time passes by the value of the field decreases. When the hold time is expired the value of the field is 0.
Use the search function to search for the necessary record on the Dispatch Monitor of the FUEL Service Department software.
In the FUEL Service Department software the information on the Dispatch window is automatically refreshed every minute, but you can select RO Info / Refresh or press F5 on the keyboard to update the information on the lines grid immediately after it is changed.
