With the help of the Technicians statuses option you can view all the technicians of the FUEL Service Department software, their current statuses (for example, the technician may be on break, on vacation or working on a repair order), clock technicians in and clock technicians out.

Use the following steps to view the technician status in the FUEL Service software:

1. Select Technician / Technician statuses on the main menu of the Dispatch window or press CTRL + E on the keyboard. The Technicians Statuses window appears.
   
   The following information is displayed on this window:
   
   Team - The number of the technician team in the FUEL Service Department software.
   Technician - The control number and full name of the technician in the FUEL Service Department software.
   Status - The current status of the technician in the FUEL Service Department software.
   Term - The field gives additional information about the time for which the current technician will be unavailable.
   
   
2. Select the necessary display condition from the Status drop-down.
3. Click the OK button to return to the main Dispatch window.
