- Select RO Line / Update hold time on the main menu of the Dispatch window. The Update Hold Times window appears. By default, all the lines with the Hold status from the selected repair order are displayed.

The following information is shown on this window:
RO Number - The number of the repair order which has the lines with the Hold status in the FUEL Service and Repair software.
Tag - The tag number of the repair order in the FUEL Service Department software.
Vehicle - The information about the vehicle: year of manufacture, the manufacturer and model codes.
Line - The sequence number of the line with the Hold status in the FUEL Service Department software.
Line Description - The description of the operation on the line.
Hold Type - The reason for putting the line on hold.
Hold Time - The amount of time left for the line to be put off hold. As the time passes by the value of the field decreases. When the hold time is expired the value of the field is 0. - Set the necessary filters at the top of the window:
RO - Select either the current repair order or all repair orders of the FUEL Service Department software which have the lines on hold.
Types - Select one of the following criteria:-
All Holds - All the lines on hold of the FUEL Service Department software are displayed.
Expired holds - The lines with the expired hold time are displayed.
Holds that will expire - The lines on hold for which the hold time is not expired are displayed. - To change the hold time of the line, double click in the corresponding field of the Hold Time column and type a new value.
- Click the Save button to save the changes made in the FUEL Service software and exit the Update Hold Times window. Click the Cancel button to return to the Dispatch window without saving.
