Update Line Story in Fuel service department software
During the process of the vehicle repair users of the FUEL Service Department software that have access to the Dispatch Monitor, Technician Monitor and Post Charges modules can save their opinions about the vehicle, problems in repair and solutions for them, leave notes for the next day etc. This can be done using the Update line story feature.

Use the following steps to enter the line story in the FUEL Service Department software:

  1. Select the line the story should be added to. The story can be added only to one line at a time.
  2. Select RO Line / Update line story on the main menu of the window or press CTRL + Y on the keyboard. The Technician Story window appears.

  3. Add story to the line
  4. Specify the Mileage of the vehicle.
  5. Enter the Cause of the problem and Correction that was done to the vehicle.
  6. Click the Add button to save the information entered in the FUEL Service Department software.
  7. On the History grid, the following information is displayed:
    Technician story
    Employee - The control number and name of the employee who entered or changed the line story in the FUEL Service Department software.
    Date and Time - The date and time the line story was entered or changed in the FUEL Service Department software.
    Mileage - The mileage of the vehicle.
    Cause - The description of the problem with the vehicle.

    Click the Edit button to change the story information in the FUEL Service Department software, click the Delete button to delete the necessary record from the list, click the Close button to return to the Technician Story window.
