View detailed information about the vehicle in Fuel service department software
You can view the detailed information about the customer and the vehicle that is currently being repaired from the Dispatch window.

Use the following steps to view the customer and vehicle information in the FUEL Service Department software:

  1. Select Vehicle / Vehicle detail on the main menu of the Dispatch window. The Vehicle Information window appears. The information cannot be changed in the fields of the window:

    Customer No - The control number of the customer in the FUEL Service Department software.
    Name - The full name of the customer.
    Address - The street address, city and state of the customer.
    Home phone - The home phone number of the customer.
    Business phone - The business phone number of the customer.

    Vehicle ID - The vehicle or equipment identification number in the FUEL Service Department software, which is the last 4 digits and letters of the VIN.
    Serial - The serial number of the vehicle.
    License - The license number of the vehicle.
    Sticker - The sticker number.
    Mileage - The distance traveled by the vehicle.
    Engine - The code of the vehicle engine.
    Axle - The number of the axle.
    Transmission - The number of the vehicle transmission.

    Vehicle type - The type of the vehicle. For example, new, used, rented, leased etc.
    Stock No - The stock number of the vehicle.
    Delivered - The date the owner took possession of the vehicle. Required if owned. The delivery date is required if the vehicle is sold. The delivery date must be equal to or greater than the in-service date.
    In service - This date should be equal to or earlier than the warranty expiration date.
    Produced - The date, when the vehicle was produced.
    Warr exp - The warranty expiration date must be equal to or greater than the in-service date.
    Selling dealer - The company or individual, who sold the vehicle to the customer.
    Salesperson - The number of the salesperson in the FUEL Service Department software. Click the button to search for the necessary salesperson.

  2. Click the Exit button to close the Vehicle Information window and return to the Dispatch window.
