If the parts are not provided by manufacturers, there is a possibility to create a part "Fly".
Use the following steps to add a new part "Fly" to the labor operation in FUEL Service Department software:

1. Select the necessary labor operation, where a new part will be added.
2. Click the Parts button on the Post Charges window. The Parts window appears.
3. Click the Add Fly button on the Parts window. The Add Part window appears.



4. Enter manually the number of the assigned part in FUEL service software in the Part number field.
5. Enter manually the description of the part into the Description field.
6. Enter the quantity of parts assigned to the selected labor operation in the Quantity field.
7. Enter manually the cost price for the part into the Cost field.
8. Enter manually the sell price for the part into the Sell price field.
9. Enter manually or use the search function to fill in the COGS Account field.
10. Enter manually or use the search function to fill in the Asset Account field.
11. Click the Save button to assign part to the selected labor operation. Click the Cancel button to exit the Add Part window without saving any changes.
