In order to sell parts on the repair order to the customers, assign parts to labor operations using the Parts window on Post Charges monitor (Post Charges monitor). Use the following steps to access the Parts window in FUEL Service Department software:

• From the Post Charges monitor of FUEL Service and Repair software select the necessary labor operation and click the Parts button at the right side of the monitor.
• From the Post Charges monitor of FUEL Service and Repair software select the line and choose RO Line / Line Details on the main menu or click the Line Detail button at the right side of the monitor. On the Line Details window select the labor operation and click the Parts button.

The Parts window contains the following information:

Line - The sequence number of the part on the selected labor operation.
Part # - The number of the assigned part in FUEL Service Department software.
Description - The description of the assigned part.
Bin - The bin location of the assigned part.
Cost - The cost of the assigned part.
List - The list price of the assigned part.
Quantity - The quantity of parts assigned to the selected labor operation.
Sale - The price of the part at which it is sold on the current repair order.

The following operations are available on the Parts window:

Add the part to the labor operation in FUEL Service Department software
Add the part on the fly to the labor operation in FUEL Service Department software
Edit the part on the labor operation in FUEL Service Department software
Delete the part from the labor operation from FUEL Service Department software
