The Repair Order List window contains the following information:

RO Number - The number of the repair order auto-generated by the FUEL Service and Repair software.
SA - The name of the service advisor, who created the repair order.
Tag - The tag number of the repair order which is usually three last digits of the VIN.
Opened Date - The date the repair order was created in the FUEL Service software.
Promised Date - The date the repair is expected to be completed.
Status - The current status of the repair order in the FUEL Service Department software. Refer to the Repair order statuses in FUEL Service Department software page for more information about this.
Waiter - If this check box is selected, then the customer is waiting for the repair to be completed.
Customer Name - The name of the owner of the vehicle.
Make - The code of the vehicle manufacturer.
Model - The code of the vehicle model.
Year - The year the vehicle was manufactured.
VIN - The 17-digit vehicle or equipment identification number assigned by the manufacturer. Each VIN number is unique and contains a code that gives considerable information about the vehicle or equipment, including country of origin, manufacturer, and model year.
