RO Number - The search is performed by any character of the repair order number in service software.
Customer Name - The search is performed by any character of the customer first or last name in service software.
Service Advisor - The search is performed by any character of the service advisor full name or control number in service software.
Incomplete ROs - The repair orders with all statuses, except the Ready to Post, Pre-invoiced and Closed ones, are displayed in service software.
Technician - The search is performed by any character of the technician full name or control number in service software.
ROs on hold - The repair orders with the AVL / Line on hold status are displayed in service software.
ROs being worked on - The repair orders with the AVL / Working status are displayed in service software.
Completed ROs - The repair orders with the Ready to Post status are displayed in service software.
Waiters - The repair orders with the waiters are displayed in service software.
With status - Enter the status with which the repair orders should be displayed in service software. You can enter either the full name of the status or only the part of it. For example, enter W to display the repair orders with the AVL / Working status. Enter assigned to display the repair orders with the AVL / Assigned status in service software.
ROs missing promised time - The repair orders for which the promised date and time are expired are displayed in service software.
After the search condition is selected and the search text is filled in, click the Find Now button on the search window or press Enter on the keyboard to display the search results in FUEL Service Department software.
