View Technician Flagged Time in Fuel service department software
Use the Technician Flagged Time window to display the flagged or payable time of the technician for a specific repair order or for all the repair orders in FUEL Service Department software. Display flagged time, when you need information on the sold and actual hours for a specific repair order for a technician in FUEL Service Department software. When the booker posts labor on the line, the labor time is considered as the technician's flagged or payable time. Only the booker can flag time, but it is possible to view the amount of flagged time of the technician for the selected day or repair order.

Use the following steps to view the flagged time for the technician in FUEL Service Department software:

  1. Select the line or lines, where the technician you would like to see the flagged time for, is assigned or working.
  2. Select Technician / Technician flagged time on the main menu of the Technician Terminal window of the service and repair software. The Technician Flagged Time window appears. The following information is displayed on this window:

    Note: If you selected several lines with different technicians on them, the Select Technician window appears. The list of technicians working on the selected lines is displayed on this window in FUEL Service Deaprtment software. Select the necessary technician and the Technician Flagged Time window will appear.


  3. Technician - The control number and full name of the technician working on the line selected.

    Date - The date the technician worked on the repair order in the service software.
    RO # - The number of the repair order the technician worked or is working on in service software.
    Line - The sequence order of the line the technician worked or is working on.
    Line description - Additional information about the line.
    Sold time - The sold amount of time in hours on the current labor operation. This value is taken from the Flat rate hours field of the operation code form. If it is not specified on the operation code form, the sold hours are calculated as the sum of regular hours specified manually on the Technicians Information window and other hours (from the warranty information form).
    Actual time - The actual amount of time in hours the technician(s) worked on the current labor operation in FUEL Service Department software.

  4. Select the All RO from the RO drop-down to display the technician flagged time for all the repair orders he worked on.
  5. Click the Close button to close the Technician Flagged Time window and to return to the main Technician Terminal window.
