Use the following steps to view the technician time in FUEL Service Department software:
- Select the line or lines, where the technician, you would like to see the time for, is assigned or working.
- Select Technician / Technician time on the main menu of the Technician Terminal window. The Technician Time window appears. The following information is shown on this window:
Note: If you selected several lines with different technicians on them, the Select Technician window appears. The list of technicians working on the selected lines is displayed on this window in FUEL Service Department software. Select the necessary technician and the Technician Time window appears. - Use the Previous Day and Next Day buttons to display technician time for the selected days in FUEL Service Department software. Use the Date calendar to quickly navigate to the necessary date.
- Click the Close button to close the Technician Time window and to return to the main Technician Terminal window.
Technician - The control number and name of the technician working on the line selected.
Start - The time the technician acquired the current status.
Stop - The time the technician status changed to another one.
Duration - The period of time, for which the technician had the given status in service software.
Status - The status of the technician at the given period of time.
RO # - The number of the repair order the technician worked or is working on.
Lines - The name of the line the technician worked or is working on.
RO status - The status of the repair order at the given period of time in service and repair software.
