The Registration Process

• registration request key, which is generated by the system for each terminal and is displayed in the Registration request field of the Registration window
• your company name
• terminal ID, where you are going to use Fuel. You can use any name or number for this purpose

To quickly register Fuel, please use the following steps:

1. On the Registration window, enter your company name into the Customer ID field, if it is empty. If you have already received the registration file from us, this field will contain your ID. Leave the field as it is, because it will be used to quickly identify your company in the registration database and send the answer back.


2. Enter your terminal ID in to the Terminal ID field.


3. Use one of the methods below to send the request to SysOnline.
   1. If you have an e-mail client on your machine, click the Send request button to open a New Message window. All the necessary information will be filled automatically, just click the Send button to send a request.
   2. If you do not have the possibility to send a request directly from the machine, where you are planning to use Fuel, click the Save request button. The Save Request Information window will appear. You can navigate to the necessary location, where you wish to save this request for future sending. The request is saved in the text format.
   NOTE: Please, remember, that the answer to the registration request, which is saved to the file, will work only for the machine, from which you saved the request.
   


4. After we receive a request from you, we will activate your registration in our system. There are two ways for you to receive the registration file. You can select the most convenient for you:
   1. Download license directly from the Internet after receiving a response from us. In this case, we simply inform you, that your terminal is registered. After this, you can click on the Download license button on the Registration screen. The system will automatically load the registration file from the Internet.
   2. Load license from disk location, if you received the registration file via e-mail. In this case, we will send you an e-mail with the Vendor.slip file as an attachment. You need to save this file on your machine. After this, run Fuel, click the Load license button on the Registration screen, navigate to the necessary location, and load the file.


5. The Fuel application will be registered.


The registration is free and is active for 30 days. In 10 days before expiration date, the system will begin to remind you that your registration will soon expire. You can demand to register Fuel for free at any time.
