New Company Registration

If it is the first time you are registering FUEL Service Department software, use the following steps to proceed with registration process:

Select the New company registration option, and click the Next button. The following screen will appear:
Fill in all the fields with the following information:
- Contact person - The name of the person, who is registering FUEL Service Department software.
- Company name - The company name.
- Address - The street address of the company.
- Country - The country name, where the company is located.
- State - The state name, where the company is located.
- Number of employees - The number of employees, who are working for the company.
- City - The name of the city, where the company is located.
- Zip code - The numerical code assigned by the US Postal Service to identify a local area or entity for the delivery of mail.
- Phone - The contact phone number.
- Terminal ID - The terminal ID, where you are going to register and use FUEL Service and Repair software.
- Version - The version of the FUEL Service Department software. It is filled automatically.
- Registration code - It is generated by the system for each terminal and is entered automatically.
After all the fields are filled, click the Send request button. If you have an e-mail client on your machine, the request will be opened in a New Message window. All the necessary information will be filled automatically, just click the Send button to send a request.
If you do not have the possibility to send a request directly from the machine, where you are planning to use FUEL Service Department software, click the Save request button. The Save Request Information window will appear. You can navigate to the necessary location, where you wish to save this request for future sending. The request is saved in the text format.
After you sent/saved the request for registration, the Finish screen will appear.
Click the Finish button and wait for a response for your registration request (if you sent a request), or send the request information to Systems Online SCT, Inc. using the following e-mail address: fuel@ua.sysonline.com (if you just saved a request).

Note: Please, remember, that the answer to the registration request, which is saved to the file, will work only for the machine, from which you saved the request.

The registration is free and is active for 60 days. In 10 days before expiration date, the system will begin to remind you that your registration will soon expire. You can demand to register FUEL Service and Repair software for free at any time.
